Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at an additional cost.
International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries. Please contact us for international shipping options and rates.

Returns Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Include this number with your returned items.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
